Duloxetine is a serotonin–noradrenaline reuptake inhibitor (SNRI) used for depression, anxiety and diabetic neuropathic pain; it is acid-labile, so it is formulated as enteric-coated pellets.
Pregabalin is an anticonvulsant used for neuropathic pain, fibromyalgia and partial seizures.
